Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Wine Shipping
Due to federal and state regulations, wine shipments may only be sent to states where shipping is permitted by law.
All wine purchasers must be at least 21 years of age. By placing an order for wine, you certify that you are 21 years of age or older. An adult signature from someone 21 years of age or older is required upon delivery of all wine shipments.
We recommend shipping wine to a business address whenever possible to help ensure successful delivery.
Acquired Taste Wines is not responsible for failed delivery attempts, returned shipments, or additional shipping charges resulting from an unavailable recipient.
Merchandise Shipping
Merchandise orders are shipped via standard ground shipping unless otherwise noted at checkout.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier service.
Weather & Shipping Delays
Extreme temperatures may affect wine shipments. During periods of severe heat or cold, we may delay shipment to help protect the quality of your wine. If a shipment delay is necessary, we will communicate with you regarding the status of your order.
Acquired Taste Wines is not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
